89. Building a World in Poetry with Charlotte Eichler

How do you go about creating vivid, tangible places and atmospheres that invite the reader into your poems? And how do you make readers want to come back to explore your poems again and again, taking something new away with them each time?

Join Seamus Heaney Prize shortlisted poet Charlotte Eichler as she shows you how to build worlds through your poetry. Using practical writing exercises in a calm, relaxed environment, Eichler will guide you as you create and explore your own poetic worlds.
This event has a limited number of bursary tickets available for people who might not otherwise be able to afford them. You can apply here.
This event is part of our In Verse: The Rising of the North strand.
